Form looks awful in ie7, ie8

My forms look great in Firefox, but when shown in ie7 or ie8 look horrible.
The title is repeated with the top one being huge and the second one being about the right size.
The red star for required fields is now a black star.
The fields and field titles are not properly aligned to each other. Instead of the field names being on top of the fields they are next to them, with a font size too large.
The instructions are printed directly on the form.
The size of the fields is truncated.
Please help.

Ned: Is your form live and can you provide a link so it can be seen?

Hi SJ,
I just made it live. I'm redesigning the site completely so this is the only page available with the new design and the links on the page don't work.
You can find the form at:

I've checked your form using Firefox and IE8. Both looks fine from here. Perhaps try to refresh your browser?

Interesting. I refreshed. I deleted all files. No change.
So since everything looked good to you I decided to reinstall IE8. It must have had some kind of corruption as...
Now everything looks fine.
Thanks to SJ and Y for checking into this.
By the way Y., this is a wonderfully conceived product.
