Form looks absolutely crazy on client's laptop

    The forms seem to be showing up really messed up on the client's laptop. It looks fine over here, and we actually have the exact same IE versions (which makes this even weider). Do you have any idea how to fix this or why this is happening?? Please find the screen shot below.

    It looks like your client browser can't load the CSS somehow.
    Try to ask him to delete his browser cache first.

    If that doesn't work, try to change your form embed code, make sure the path to your domain there is using "www". Because I noticed your CSS is referring to stevendouglas.com not www.stevendouglas.com
