Form is not properly redirecting to thank-you.html (and more)

    The form I have created does not seem to be working properly anymore. It was working fine a couple weeks ago, but now when all the information is filled out and the submit button is clicked, it just adds "#main_body" to the end of the URL and nothing else happens. If I type nothing in, and click submit, it should show me my errors but that doesn't happen either.

    Any idea what is going on here?

    Forgot to mention the URL:

    All of the forms on the site are doing the same thing. There's 2 examples...

    Was there any changes recently with your form code? or with the PHP page where you embed the form?

    It looks like the page doesn't process the form, somehow.
