Form formatting not displaying correctly

    Hi,

    I have just installed machform on my test server prior to my website going live and started to create a simple form. However, even when I try to create a new form then the formatting is lost.

    How can I correct this please?

    Hi There,

    It seems a permission problem. Try to rename .htaccess file inside machform "data" folder and try the form again.
    If it's not working, try to change machform "data" folder permission to 755
