Find out owner of form

    Hello,

There is a form created by a user a long time ago. How can I find out the owner (and which user that has an access to Edit Form/Edit Entries/View Entries) of that form?

I assume you are asking about the User Manager. What version of Machform are you using?. The User Manager feature is a relatively recent enhancement. (V3.3)

    Read the Documentation : http://www.appnitro.com/doc-user-management

If you didn't assign users to particular form(s) or gave the user access to "everything" that would mean there's no real way to track who is doing what in the Administrator side.

If that's not what you mean, can you be more specific?

I will venture to guess that azimd has a lot of forms and a lot of users who can access forms in various ways and doesn't want to have to look at each individual user's account in Machform to find out which of them can edit and which can access a particular form. Even if my guess is wrong, the fact that you cannot see which users have which kind of access to any given form when looking at that particular form is a big shortcoming of Machform.

In fact, I have made a request for this feature already, although I may not have described what I wanted very clearly:

I'm using Machform 4.2. We need a way to find out who can access forms in a list instead of checking manually one by one at each individual user's account.

Can you imagine when you have hundreds of users and then you want find out which of them can edit and which can access a particular form?
