file upload issue

    I am experiencing an issue that I guess a few others have and that is with the file upload. Safe Mode is Off and even tried the suggestion to delete a line in download.php yet to no avail. Everything is coming through to email fine and in the db but not the actual file. When I click on the link I get 'File Not Found'

    problem solved. there was a typo in config.php file for the data folder path.
