Feature request - Limit submissions considering time

    Additionally to the current maximum number of submissions (per IP) I would add the options:
    - limit to 1 submission per day
    - limit to 1 submission per week
    - limit to 1 submission per month

    or to have it flexible it could be:
    - limit to x submissions each y days (where the variables x and y are entered by the user)
