Feature Request: Authorize.net test requests

    The Authorize.net form works great!
    What we need is a third option in the Merchant Settings.
    You have the normal processing and Sandbox account but you don't have the Live environment testing option.
    The Live testing has an extra field in the transaction request string:
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="x_test_request" VALUE="TRUE">

    This allows merchants to run the test credit card number through their Live account as a final test of the entire process.
    This is an important and recommended step when setting up a Authorize.net account.
