   Hello. I am getting this error message after clicking the submit button I have a total of 18 forms 3 of the forms work fine after clicking the submit form,
   Fatal error: Class 'Swift_Mailer' not found in /home/bagoptio/public_html/himpress.info/machform/includes/helper-functions.php on line 559

   I recently moved all forms and database to a new server like I said 3 work and 15 are showing the error message

   here are two form links, the first link is one that works the second link shows a form with the error message

   It looks like some of your machform files are missing, particularly the mailer library. Try to reupload the content of your "machform/lib" folder.

   That did change things I no longer get the first error message but now have this message

   Error sending email!
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bagoptio/public_html/himpress.info/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:759) in /home/bagoptio/public_html/himpress.info/machform/confirm.php on line 41

   I did receive the confirmation email but not the notification email
