Excel Formula within forms?

    Hello,

We are trying to create a 'grading' form to grade our employees. We'd love to be able to have Hidden fields that contain excel formulas.

We tried setting up some text fields and setting the formulas as the default values, which appears to be there but when we export to excel, those cells are blank.

    Any thoughts?

@jpello: Are you setting "Field Visible to" to "Admin Only" for the fields in which you are trying to store the formulas? If so, that is the problem. Once a field is marked as "Admin Only", any data entered into it as a default value is ignored. Don't ask me why, I am not part of the Appnitro staff, only a user. What you need to do is create a "normal" field, that is with "Field Visible to" set to "Everyone" and make it hidden by typing "hidden" into the "Custom CSS Class" field at the bottom of the "Field Properties" tab. Then you can add your formulas as default text and they will be stored in the database.
