   Hi
   since upgrading to 3.4 I get this error message:

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /MySite/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:1081) in /MySite/machform/embed.php on line 114

   The entry is in the database, but no email. I also try to resend the entries... this is the message I get:
   Error! Unable to send entry.
   Error message: Error sending email!{"status" : "ok"}

   Any help/solution?

   As I wrote you in the support ticket I only installed machform on one server (the one I emailed you) - And it seems that after updating to version 3.4 (I have to input the license number again) in my (AppIntro) member area the current usage is now "2" instead of 1...?

   Maybe this is the problem and email sending is blocked by you for this reason?

   If you see (somehow) that my licence is used on two different domains, than I may have been hacked...

   You see that I'm a little unpacient, but I need that forms working for my small business - otherwise I am loosing money every hour...

   i ve installed machform 3.4 recently but unfortunately i dont recieve mails of form submission notifications nor does the client recieve any
   i use the gmail id in settings for mail

   plz reply and update

   Yes, each install will increment your uses by 1 but no way to reverse the usage when you uninstall/delete it; there's no formal uninstaller type script that will remove the application and reinstate the licence count by 1.

   Your "member area" should tell you what type of licence you purchased for Machform - there are single domain and then the others are like 10 licenses/domains and thirdly unlimited - you possibly have the 10-licence type one(?). It sounds to me like you have installed it again, rather than simply doing the upgrade to V3.4Instead of upgrading, and that's why it's taken a second licence count.    Regarding the non-sending of emails, have you set all the options as outlined in these instructions? : http://www.appnitro.com/doc-notifications. I will assume you have, but you never know, you could have missed something.
