My form was hanging upon save with 4.4 so I upgraded to form 4.5.
When I go to save my form one of three things happens.
1) It will save normally
2) It will hang on the saving form animation
3) I get the following error:
Error while saving. Error Message:

Most likely this is caused by "mod security" filter on your server. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and ask them to exclude your machform folder from the mod security filter.

Thanks Yuniar. This is the response I received.
You can try disabling mod_security from cPanel to see if the program functions, otherwise 403 errors can be caused by invalid file permissions as well. It cannot be selectively disabled for a particular folder at this time but you can turn it off for a particular domain.
I disabled the mod security for the domain.
What do you think about his file permission comment?

Try to check under your machform folder, there should be a file named "error_log". Open that file (it's basically a text file) and find any error message related with "save_form.php"
If you found any, please let me know.
