   I get this error when I try to duplicate an existing form.

   Any idea what it could be?

   Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: No such file or directory in /home/subitoph/public_html/ATRUF/inscriptions/form_creator/manage_form.php on line 406

   Hi,

   Hmm .. from that error I think you have lost your "manage_form.php", maybe you can try to check "manage_form.php" file in machform folder first.

   However I need test your form to find the error, could you send your machform url and login information to :

   customer.service [at] appnitro.com
   or submit request here:
   http://www.appnitro.com/support/index.php?pg=request
