   My Error_log is 2MB.
   These 2 lines repeated ad nauseam:

   [28-Jul-2013 13:29:41 America/Puerto_Rico] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/timezonedb.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/timezonedb.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

   I would be guessing here but it's not a Machform error but a PHP error; check with your hosting service about this one. Refer them to the Log File you referenced above.

   It seems a php extension or something, is missing: "no-debug-non-zts......"

   I found similar references to these errors on Google, and they suggest it may be a problem with a certain PHP version i.e. 5.2.14 or something (Machform's minimum requirement is 5.2.0) and the solution is upgrading PHP to 5.3.x

   That seems to be PHP issue indeed. Many PHP extensions seems to be missing. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know.
