Entries not being emailed

Occasionally I have issues with entries not being sent. I am checking the admin panel and they are there. I check my email and they are not. I have my form hosted on GoDaddy.com and when checking on the email they are gone. There has been times that it took over 24 hours to receive them. Is there a problem with sending these forms that I can fix?
I have used the Machform for years now. Few issues. But this one keeps popping up occasionally. The form is working 99% of the time but seems to skip entries at times. It has skipped two entries today and went from entry #2111 directly to #2114.

If the mail sometimes not being sent, this is most likely SMTP server issue. Either the SMTP server was having some downtime at that time or the mail being rejected (we noticed sometimes some SMTP server marked certain email as spam).
I suggest to contact GoDaddy and ask them regarding this.
Also, GoDaddy has daily email limit. If the total email being sent from your site surpassed the limit, the email won't be sent.If all doesn't seem to work either, I suggest to get an external dedicated SMTP server, which could send the email reliably.
Also, one last thing, make sure to check into your Spam folder.

After contacting GoDaddy, they could not analyze the situation immediately but did notice that in the database, some forms were being held. They said they could not see what or why this is happening and suggested that we wait so they could see the problem "as it happens". I did back up my SQL and could email it to you if you understand that kind of stuff. Maybe you could analyze it on your end to see if there are any issues that GoDaddy would not understand?

I'm afraid there is nothing useful we can see from the database content.
We need to have access to the mail server log file to be able investigating the issue, since this is mail server issue.
