   I have two forms that have been enabled but show as disabled in the browser. I Have changed to disable and than enabled them again and they still show disabled. These two forms are the same with one being a copy of the other. All other forms seem to be working correctly. I have also cleared the cache and tried other browsers.

   In Form Properties (Edit the form and choose the Form Properties tab), click the Show more options. There are some setting there that could affect if a form is enabled: Limit submissions and Enable Automatic Scheduling. Depending on what the message says in the browser indicates which setting is enabled:

   "This form is currently inactive" = Enable Automatic Scheduling date range is set; or
   "Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting any entries." = Limit submission number of entries has been reached.

   If the form is disabled back in the Form Manager window, there will be a line through the Form title.
