   Hi all,

   I've created a form that I want to embed into my php website. It seems the options I've tried all embed "seamlessly"- no background, border, etc, and I lose the custom css (column_2 class) I added to put fields onto the same line. how can I embed the form into a php page, but actually keep all the same formatting that is there when I pull up the actual form page?
