Emails Not Sending

The notification emails are not sending. I've tried without SMTP and with to no avail. I've also tried changing the SMTP server from the current mail provider I use (Zoho) and creating a dummy account with my web host and used that SMTP server. It still fails to send, both to me and the person filling out the form. I've also tried every combination of no/yes for authentication and SSL/TTL to get it working.

Is there something else I should be doing such as altering a config file somewhere? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am having the same issue with version 3.4. It just started doing this randomly and now no emails are being sent. (It worked before without SMTP, why should it just up and stop?)

    Any suggestions?

Is there a solution without upgrading the software at the moment?

It could be your mail service or host rather than Machform since if using SMTP is not Machform sending the email messages, but whatever mail server you have specified - external to anything Machform does.

Does using the other method (sendmail) work? All you need to specify is the email address to receive the notifications for the admin, and for the user of the form set the "send notification to sender": to "Email" (or whatever the field name for the Email field in the form might be).....

Can you send and receive to the email address you're using, through normal means e.g. send a message using outlook or other email client. Are the settings (outgoing server - SMTP the same as what you specify in Machform?). Maybe the email service provider, host etc has changed the SMTP details on their end, so the original settings no longer work with Machform.

However would suggest you submit a help ticket to Appnitro for specific assistance.
