   Hi there

   We have used Machforms tons of times and are having problems.

   We have set up a form using the builder and placed the form on our test website http://79.170.44.127/ref-papermoon.co.uk/what-we-do/contact-us/ no problem.

   I have set the 'Send Notification Emails to My Inbox' to my email address for testing purposes, but nothing comes through - I have checked my spam folder also.

   I really can't understand what is afoot here, so I was wondering if you could have a think on possibilities why this would not work?

   Hi,

   Try to set "From mail" address with a valid email on your mail account.
   By default it would set as "no-reply@yourdomain.com".

   To do this, select the form and go to emails tab, then expand the option, you will see "From email" address there.
   Then select "custom email address" and put a valid mail address to there
