Email Output - Field not lining up with Value

    I have a form that outputs and email that contains images and the qty of the items/images. The Enter Quantity filed label is not next to the amount entered into that field.

    I would need to send you the email so you can see what I mean. Can I do that or get you to my form admin control panel so you can see what is going on?
