Email Notifications "From Name" is not working

    When I setup my Email Notifications I will indicate a "From Name" such as "John Smith."

    But when the form is submitted and the emails are generated, the "From" field that shows in the inbox is my webhost account name, and the "From" field in the actual email is "my-account-name@host188.mywebhost.com"

    Not ideal from a customer standpoint. Is there any fix or workaround?

    This is actually depends on the mail sending policy on your hosting.
    Some hosting doesn't allow you to send email using "From Email Address" which is not really exist on your account.

    Make sure to set the from email address as a valid address on your hosting.
    Or confirm with your hosting tech support, regarding their policy on sending email address.

    Some other hosting company would only allow using valid SMTP server and account.
