Email Issue

Hi,
I've purchased multiple licenses and have installed MachForm on a number of sites.
I have one site now for which the customer is not receiving the email submissions, it's an issue particular to their email as if I change the email to another it works fine.
They are telling me it's an issue with MachForm trying to send the email "internal" since it's on the same domain. I maintain that MachForm is completely agnostic when it comes to sending emails and would not send an email in a different format just because it's sending to an email on the same domain to which it happens to be installed. I'm not using SMTP by the way but the default, which I assume uses the Sendmail function. I'm inclined to think that their email server is blocking the submission for whatever reason.
So my basic question I guess is, would MachForm being trying to send emails differently to an email address that has the same domain to which it's installed?
Thanks in advance.

MachForm itself doesn't have any limitation or specific ways to send email to certain domains.
The problem you are describing usually happened if the mail server for the domain is located outside the web server.
Is the mail server located outside your main website? If so, you'll need to configure your web server to not handle the emails locally (ask your host to turn off "Local Mail Delivery") -- if they are using cPanel, there is an easy option to turn this off.
Alternatively, you'll need to configure your MachForm to use SMTP server.
If you are using Google App to host your email, you might want to check this article:
