Edit tables in {entry_data} so that I can adjust column width

    I'd like to know how to edit the template for the emails sent to both myself for notifications of entry and to the user for confirmation.

    The problem I have in the emails is that the columns are just too thin. I'd like the field titles column to be wider, and the values to be more narrow.

    I'd also like to display the e-signature in the actual email rather than a link to the image. Is this possible?

    This is for MachForm 3.5 not 4. Sorry!
