Duplicate Information in email

I am getting the same information twice in the same email. Its very strange. I have used this program allot and I have not seen this before...
I am using Iframe.

Was there any modifications with the email content template?
By default it should only contain "{entry_data}"If the problem persist, please contact us directly and let us know the login to your machform. We'll check it.

There was not modification to my knowledge. The only thing done was to remove MachForms from email body and form display.
