   I live in canada so i would lime a drop down menu for province, is this possible in Machform. Also i would like "Mr. Mrs,Miss, Ms. in the name field. Is this possible?

   In specific response to your question, no the drop down idea is not available in either the name field (for the title) or the address field (for province).

   Both fields just allow the user to type in their specifric title, or state/province/region as that makes it a little more flexible and easier.

   For the name field, go to the Field Properties and under "Name Format" choose the "name+title" option to add the title and suffix to their name - suffix may be such as their professional qualification e.g. B.Eng (Mech) or like an honorary title such as OBE (order of the British Empire) or whatever.
