display form entry based on form element value

    I am trying to find out how to customize URL to access and display a form entry based on the value of an entered value.
    For example, something like:
    https://mymachformslocation.com/view_entry.php?form_id=3&WITH ELEMENT_2="jones"
    would display the form entry(s) with "jones" as element_2

    Thanks for any direction.

    I'm afraid there is no built-in functionality to do so. The customization code won't be quite simple as well. Sorry :(
