Display Error - only Back and Submit buttons

    Hi -

    I believe we have had corruption on our database and I don't have a recent backup. Several of my forms are missing and on the ones that still exist, even though the "Edit Form" area looks fine, if you view the form, only a Back and Submit buttons exist.     Any suggestions on how I might be able to salvage any of this?

    I'm afraid it won't be possible to restore your forms without the database backup.
    However, I've checked your form and it seems to be fine.

    Have you fixed it?
