Different ID used at submission time when resuming saved form

    Hello,

    We are experiencing the following issue in V4.1 and 4.2:

    When a new form is invoked, and using the "save and resume for later" function, at the submit time, the form is temporarily stored as an "incomplete" form, with ID #1.

    After that same form is recalled, and submitted as an entry, it is saved with the next available ID at that time, say 2, leaving a "gap" in the form entries list.

    Could it be possible to have the system use the already assigned form ID (#1) rather than the next available ID?
