   Is there a custom css class code list available somewhere that we can use to reference plug into the custom css class field? i searched and all i find is column_2 etc.

   I think he's referring to classes you create..

   This is advanced option. You can add custom CSS classnames to the parent element of the field. This is useful if you would like to customize the styling for each of your field using your own CSS code. These custom class names will not appear live in the form builder, only on the live form.

   If you have the time to do this, you could easily use StyleDocco to create your own style guide for the main CSS file. This would give you all the possible CSS classes and IDs in an easy-to-use format.
