CSS Issues with Migrated Machforms Database

    I migrated an older (v. 3.5) Machforms database to a new server (which already had version 4.2). When I create new forms everything is perfect, but when I view/embed a form from the old server the styling is gone. I can change themes and it modifies some of the formatting, but not everything (example: colors and fonts can change, but the layout is not correct). Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Does applying the default theme help?
