    when i embed my form into an html document, the format from css is lost. this includes the graphics on top and all the colors, background, etc...

    any advice?

    It is actually designed that way. The borders and background colors are automatically being removed, so that the form can blend with your existing page. However, with some CSS modification, it is possible to display all those borders and colors again.

    Which embed code you are using? the iframe or the php embed code?
    Also, are you using version 2?
