Creating an order form - Multiple questions

I am trying to create an order form for my photography products. I sell different products, including Digital collections, and each collection has a different number of Images and complimentary prints included with it. I have my digital collections set up as a check box list. My first question is -

How do I assign a price to each of the checkbox options? I see its a feature or Machforms, but I cant work out how to do it.

Next, I want to be able to have a area whereby the customer can input the images numbers for the chosen Digital collection, so if for example they choose the Silver Digital Package, it includes 7 digital images. They need to tell me the numbers of the 7 images that they want, and from those numbers, the 2 complimentary prints that they want. But other collections have different numbers of included images. Firstly, what fields would I use to collect those image numbers, and is there a way using Logic to only show the amount of entries that are needed for each of the different collections?

Im sure I'm going to have more things I cant work out, but any help with these ones would be greatly appreciated!

Go in to the "Payment Settings" of the form and fill in the information there. In step 3 - select "Variable Amount" from the drop down and leave the text field blank.

    Hope this helps.
