Creating a field

    I am looking to create an order form. I would have a checklist of size options, but next to each size I would like a small text box for quantity and another text box for description, color, etc. Is this possible without custom coding?

    Tiffany, this could be achieved using multi-column forms (http://www.appnitro.com/doc-field-alignment). If you need to dynamically display different options for each size, you can use the conditional logic to make that happen.
