   Is it possible to either create a bilingual form, or at least duplicate a form and change the language of the form element labels.
   I'm building a bilingual site and need to provide English and French forms. :(

   I'm afraid you can't create a bilingual form. However, you can easily duplicate a form and change the labels.

   Herring,
   This is what I've done for multilingual forms.
   Create the form in the main language (english or something..)
   When you finish the form, work on the theme until it is perfect and call it "my theme_english".
   Then duplicate your form and customize it for the second language. Then select the theme "my theme_english", customize this theme as well and save it as "my theme_newlanguage" and apply it to the duplicated form.
   Now you have two perfect forms with their own themes that work in different languages.
