Consistent Size of Uploaded Images

    Hi Guys

    We have a client who has an urgent requirement to ensure that uploaded images are reduced in screen size to something reasonable. Is there anyway we can reduce their size in the PDF's and email confirmations or during the upload process?

    Would appreciate your help.
