   I have a form which requires the user to enter multiple employee names and email addresses according to three specific job functions. One employee can perform one, two or all three job functions. Is there a way to have the form require a unique email address only if it is a unique name associated with it?

   I'm afraid there is no functionality to do so. I suggest to add the email field and put enough guidelines to only put the email address if there is a unique name associated with it.
