Checkbox Field Label not in Entry DB as a column head

    When I am deploying a form using check boxes, only the choices show as column headers in the XLS DB.
    The field label, unlike radio buttons or pulldowns were only one item can be chosen, does not display, which if you had a form using many checkbox fields would be hard to manage on the DB side of things.
    Is there a way to preface the checkbox items with the field label?
