changing the end of the link/url

I am trying to change the name of the link so that it ends in a word like 'bookingform.php' for example instead of something like 'view.php?id=1'

So far I have received this answer from customer support:
'You can simply create a "bookingform.php" file and put machform embed code to there. After that, upload the file to your web server.'

But I am not that computer savvy and need more detailed information, such as...
-how do I create a php file?
-what code am I supposed to put in it?

    Thanks for any assitance.

    Hey LisaH,

Have you gotten any further with finding out how to change the names of the links?

    B,

Simply create an empty file, either PHP file or HTML file, using your text editor.
Name the file whatever you like and then paste your form code there.

That would change your form URL to be the same as your custom HTML/PHP page.

    Hey Yuniar,

I noticed that now the captcha letters aren't showing up at the bottom of the form I created with the unique link name. It still shows up on the "view.php?id=2" form, but not the unique link. Is there anything else I need to do to point the captcha over to the new link? I did create a new directory for the unique link. The previous path was /forms/view.php?id=2 and the new path now is 2Fold/forms/2Fold_Contact/contact.html

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
