Changing Header Background Height of Form

    I am trying to get back on track with my forms after upgrading to V3. I can't seem to figure out how to change the height of the header background image of my forms. It appears to be around 40 pixels and I would like to add a little more height. I was able to do this in the CSS code in V2 but can't access that anymore. Help?
