   is it possible to add the variable {element_3} in the config file so that the form is set to

   define('NOTIFICATION_MAIL_FROM',''); //default is 'no-reply@yourdomain.com'
   to
   define('NOTIFICATION_MAIL_FROM',''); //default is '{element_3}'

   meaning that when a form is received it comes form the person who sent it - enabling the receiver to simple "reply" - rather that copy & pasteing the email address

   if not is there a way to do this

   Yes, it is possible to set the "From" of your form to be coming from your form field.
   No need to modify any file for this purpose.

   First of all, make sure you already add the "Email" field into your form.
   Then go to Email menu on your MachForm admin panel.

   Under "You" section, click "more options" and set the "From Email Address" dropdown to use your email field.
