   Hello,

   I am no longer able to save changes on the control panel. When I edit a form and hit save it just idles. It no longer goes back to the main screen to allow me to view the form. Everything was working fine yesterday. This could be a server issue but I figure I try trouble shooting here first since the support seems to be a lot better.

   Hi Jeff,

   Try this steps, one of these solutions usually fixed it:

   1) Reupload all files under your "machform/js".
   2) Restore the original footer.php file. Modifying footer.php would break your form builder page.
   3) Refresh your browser cache, then make sure your browser cookie and java script is enabled

   If the problem still persist, you can send your machform login info to :

   customer.service[at]appnitro.com

   I am having this same problem but it has never worked for me. I already tried the solutions given above.

   hmmm ... it should've another problem, send your machform login info to :

   customer.service[at]appnitro.com

   I am having the same issue with this problem. Is there any resolution to it? It just stopped working. I've reloaded the above files and reset the webserver.

   Try to check for any unclosed/mismatch HTML tag within your field's label or guidelines. Unclosed/mismatch HTML tags may caused the issue as well.
