Changes not saved - unclosed HTML the cause

    Just FYI for anyone else having problems with a form not saving changes...one thing you may want to check is any unclosed HTML added to your form especially in the Field Label.

    I spent hours trying to figure out what I had done until I noticed that I had put "<b>" and hadn't closed it with "</b>" in the Field Name box...

    problem solved...

    Hi,

    Thank you for your information.
    Broken HTML tag would broken your form while being saved or edited indeed.

    If you are using HTML tag within the form, make sure those tag closed properly.
