   I had to move the mySQL database that my Machform was using, I had the host copy the database to the new server and the forms pull up just fine... I can not login to the admin page (it flashes and comes back to the login page over and over) and when you submit a form the next page that displays says: "Your session has been expired. Please click here to start again.".

   How can I fix the problem?

   Most likely, the PHP session on your new hosting is not being setup yet. What is your hosting company?
   This is quite common if your hosting is any of the following: iPower, iPage, Powweb, FatCow, StartLogic (and some other hosting which uses similar system)
