   Hi- I need to change the address format to

   [City]
   [State / Province / Region]
   [Country]

   how do I do this & do you have a code?

   That's pretty slight modification to the current Address field.
   Instead of modifying it, I suggest to just use 3 separate fields for those.

   You can use two Single Line Text fields (for City and State) and a dropdown for the country.

   Makes sense, but do you have a script for the drop-down for the countries?
   That would save me a lot of time.
