   Is there a way to change the admin email after installation?

   Yes, in the options. You should log in first, and from there you can change the log-in details (which I assume is what you are asking about, and not the "admin" email to receipt the form submissions - they may not be the same). You need to ensure it is a valid email, because it is used for the "Forgot Password" feature.

   To change your login detail one go the "My Account" screen, and change the email there.

   Otherwise, if you mean you want to change the email receiving the form's submissions, you need to go the specific form, to its "email" options and update the recipient email there.

   Note this is for MF 3.3. Earlier versions should have a similar option.
