   I had activated 2-step authentication initially but I would like to have it inactive for a user I just created. Every time I try to disable 2-step, I just clears the connection with the authenticator but is still requiring 2-step authentication upon login.

   Is there another way to disable this?

   Make sure to login as the main administrator, go to your Settings and then turn off "Enforce 2-Step Verification on users" option.

   I'm afraid I have the same problem. However no matter what I do (turn off 2 step authentication and even do it manually in the database TSV=0) each time I login or any of the users login, we are invited to scan the QR code and do a 2 step authentication. I checked the database and it's all the time 0
   Please help.
