Did you do a search on the forum? There are quite a few reasons for this happening.

    Here a few:

If you can give us more information, such as; did you recently change providers? Any new configurations with your server? Such as that, would help us out greatly. THANKS!

    Hope this helps!

sorry the for the lack of detail. I did search but those fixes didn't work. I did make some changes. Our host has remained the same. But we had two domains. One was at the root level and the primary domain "A". We had an add on domain "B" that was in the folder public_html/B/. THis is where Machform was installed and used on domain "B".

I then made "B" the primary domain and "A" an add on so it is now public_html/ is "B" and public_html/A/ is "A".

I moved the files to the new location and that is when things started going wrong.

The database and user name is the same. I can edit and post the forms, but the emails are not sent and the error is seen.

I should also add that using smtp or not does not work. So no matter what I try no email is sent.

Anaother update....my test form does send to the address the user specifies, but not to the address to update us.
