   After logging into the Forms Manager page, I get the following error and nothing displays on my screen.

   select count(*) total_entry from ap_form_4 Query failed: Table 'pscloud.ap_form_4' doesn't exist

   It started when I was creating a new form and when I went to save it, I received an browser error and the form was never saved. I looked in the Forms directory to see if there was a Form_4 and it did not exist. How can I fix this problem? Do I go into a table and delete the form_4 entry? If so, what tables must I do this to?

   I fixed it. I went into the ap_forms table and delete the problem form. Then it worked fine.
