Can I hide the default field value when a user clicks in the field?

    Hi All,

    I would like to hide the default value of a field when a user clicks in the field. Now the user first has to remove the data before filling in his own.

    @chriskoeling: There is no way to configure this to happen using the Machform graphical user interface (GUI). You should be able to make this happen by changing the baseline Machform code. It may also be possible to create custom javascript to do this for a specific form. I can't tell you how to do either one, however; perhaps someone else will chime in.

    This has been a very longstanding feature request for Machform. Hopefully, this feature will be added as an option in the GUI in an update in the near future.

    @wiliamansley: thanks for you reaction. I'm not that technical that I can do this myself :-( Hope MachForm will come with a solution for this standard internet functionality.

    Any reaction from machform self?
