Can I assign a value to a radio button or checkbox?

I am brand new to Machforms and am just starting to build my 1st form. I'm a Photographer and my goal is to have people sign an agreement for Photography services, specifically choosing a package along with some possible extras.
Right now these seems rather straightforward, but I don't see a way to assign a value to a checbox or radio button? Can it be done? I just started a very rough copy to test with. http://lou-gonzalez.com/forms/view.php?id=1&mf_page=2#main_body On this form I added 2 packages, one assigned to a check box field and the other to a radio button. I don't see a way to assign these buttons a value.
So I want the client to to choose a package. Then when I get the email I want to see the package name and price. At the minimum I want to see price. And preferably I would like to be able to have the form sum any prices together (for any checkbox that has an assigned numeric value). Can Machforms do this? I searched the forums but didn't see anything like this.

Setting dollar values to the options can be done, and adding up prices can be done, but this ties in with the Paypal payment options (and not as a stand-alone feature if you only want it to add up the prices).
So you set up your options, with radio/check boxes, and in the Form Manager, go to the "Payment" option to set which fields are your monetary fields to be added up.
I'm sure you're aware that radio buttons can only be one choice or the other within the same 'group' of options, but check boxes allow multiple selections.
If you plan online payments, here's the info about Paypal payments; http://www.appnitro.com/doc-payment (this is a very new feature; only Payal is available as the payment processor currently - others are planned for future MF updates).
Comprehensive documentation about Machform generally is here: http://www.appnitro.com/documentation

Thanks for the quick reply. Ok this helps. If the calculations are tied to payment then I will split things up. Usually my clients pay me a deposit, then the rest 2 weeks before the work. Looks like I'll have to create a deposit form. Then at a later date send them the package and pricing form where they can choose their packages and options. I knew my paper contract form wouldn't exactly translate to an electronic form so it's all good. I'll report back if I have any problems.
